The team player with the customer in focus

As an employee at Ramirent, you are responsible for the entire process, from the customer's call to the return of the product. You are an active contact for the customer and ensure that the rental is carried out successfully. The day at the customer center is characterized by collaboration; together we meet the customer's challenges effectively.

This specifically means that you will work with:

• Management of rental and sales assortment towards our customers
• Advice in the choice of our products
• Proactive sales work towards customers
• Preparation of quotes

Your profile

• We see that you have completed upper secondary education or equivalent
• You have previously worked with some form of administration or customer management
• Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
• Good IT skills, good computer skills, and the ability to use business systems
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Driving license B is a requirement. BE driving license and forklift license are advantageous.

Scope

The position is a permanent employment. We apply a probationary period of 6 months. The position is full-time.
